Victor Akpeji is an associate in the firm with vast knowledge in Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial Practice and Real Estate practice.
Victor graduated from both Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and the Nigerian Law School with Second Class Upper Division. He started his legal career as Research Assistant at the Chief Magistrate Court, Roni, Jigawa State and thereafter joined Hussaini Abdulrahman & Co where he was actively involved in both civil and criminal litigation at trial and appellate courts, gaining invaluable experience. Thereafter, Victor joined Abdulmalik Makama & Associates where he specialized in corporate and commercial practice and also advised on several legal issues including regulatory compliance, negotiating and reviewing partnership and Joint Development Agreements. Victor is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) as well as the Nigerian Bar Association.
Before joining the firm, he was an associate in a top notch litigation firm in Kaduna State, Nigeria and made appearances at superior courts in Nigeria. Victor had also made strides in the corporate and commercial sector where his experience spans through company/business entity formation to procurement of operational licenses, company secretarial work etc.
