Abisola Ayodele holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and graduated from the Nigerian Law School (B.L) with a Second Class Upper Division before being admitted to the Nigerian Bar.
She has provided legal advisory services to clients in diverse sectors, including corporate structuring, land transactions, joint ventures, and brand protection. She has acted for prominent financial institutions on debt recovery, negotiations, and regulatory compliance, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex financial and commercial transactions. Abisola has also successfully incorporated companies and NGOs, facilitated regulatory certifications, and advised clients on compliance with agencies such as the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML), the Nigerian Copyright Commission, and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
In addition to her commercial and corporate practice, Abisola has a growing focus on intellectual property, where she provides solution-driven advisory and practical support to businesses and creatives in safeguarding and maximizing their assets. She has participated in international legal trainings and conferences, further strengthening her global outlook and adaptability.
Prior to joining Oyewole & Adesina, she was a key associate in the Corporate and Commercial Practice group of a Lagos based Law Firm.
