Ibukun Yomi Ogunbiyi is an Associate with an emerging practice in Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Energy & Natural Resources. She is passionate about using the law as a tool for strategic problem-solving. She obtained her LL.B (Hons) from Elizade University, Ondo State, in 2023, where she developed a solid academic foundation and leadership qualities that distinguished her throughout her studies. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where she successfully completed the Bar Part II program and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025.
At our firm, Ibukun contributes to a wide range of civil and commercial matters, she plays an active role in legal drafting, research, and case preparation, and regularly supports senior counsel on matters involving complex disputes.
Ibukun’s legal interests are matched by her commitment to professional development. She is a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), where she has been trained in negotiation, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. This has enhanced her ability to think strategically about dispute management and conflict resolution in both commercial and private settings.
Outside the courtroom and office, Ibukun takes an active interest in legal writing and policy research, particularly in areas where law intersects with sustainable development, energy transition, and corporate governance.
