He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Kogi State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar after earning a Barrister at Law (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, where he graduated with Second Class Upper Division Honors.
Justice’s professional experience reflects a balance of litigation and corporate practice. At Oyewole & Adesina, he has been involved in matters that cut across commercial litigation, debt recovery, and cross-border investments. His work includes preparing, advising on corporate transactions, and assisting clients in navigating compliance and risk management challenges.
Notably, he has represented a Multinational Shipping and logistics company in widespread debt recovery proceedings and contributed to cross-border investment documentation for a Pan-African healthcare and investment firm.
His exposure at different levels of practice has enabled him to develop a keen eye for problem-solving, strategy, and client-centered advocacy. Outside the courtroom, Justice has consistently demonstrated leadership and organizational capacity.
