- Advised and successfully represented major international Oil Companies (IOCs) and top Nigerian companies in arbitration and associated litigation against foreign and Nigerian counterparts.
- Led a team providing legal support and regulatory compliance during insolvency of a leading investment company, including advisory opinions on insolvency-related legal issues and winding-up proceedings.
- Played a crucial role in representing investors in the winding-up of a major Investment Company, securing the recovery of their investments.
- Obtained favourable judgments for leading commercial banks in Nigeria, facilitating the recovery of significant debts from their customers.
- Represented a consulting and engineering company in a Federal High Court action against the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), resulting in the recovery of over N900,000,000.00 (Nine Hundred Million Naira).
- Acted as legal counsel for various Real Estate Companies in arbitration proceedings, resolving disputes related to land title and joint venture agreements.
